How to Make Tie Keychains?

Gather materials

Collect a small piece of patterned or solid-colored fabric, a keychain ring, scissors, a needle, thread, and a hot glue gun.

Cut fabric

Cut the fabric into a rectangular shape, approximately 4 inches long and 2 inches wide. This will serve as the main body of the tie.

Fold the fabric

Fold the fabric in half lengthwise with the pattern facing inward, creating a long, narrow strip.

Sew the edges

Starting from the bottom of the folded fabric, sew the open edges together using a needle and thread. This will create a tube-like structure.

Turn inside out

Carefully turn the fabric inside out so that the pattern or color is now visible on the outside. Use a pencil or chopstick to push out the corners for a neat finish.

Attach the keychain ring

Take the keychain ring and slide it onto the top folded end of the fabric, ensuring it is securely in place.

Secure with glue

Apply a small amount of hot glue to the open end of the fabric and fold it inward, pressing it together to seal the tie shape. Allow the glue to dry completely.
