NFL International Series 2023: Lions vs Buccaneers

The Detroit Lions defeated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 28-24 in Week 6 of the 2023 NFL season.

The Lions got off to a fast start, scoring touchdowns on their first two possessions. The Buccaneers answered with a touchdown of their own, but the Lions added a field goal in the second quarter to take a 17-7 lead at halftime.

The Buccaneers came out strong in the second half, scoring a touchdown on their first possession to cut the deficit to 17-14.

The Lions responded with a field goal, but the Buccaneers scored another touchdown to tie the game at 20-20.

The Buccaneers answered with a field goal to make it 27-23, but the Lions sealed the game with a field goal of their own with just over a minute remaining.

Quarterback Jared Goff threw for 355 yards and three touchdowns. Wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown had seven catches for 114 yards and a touchdown.

Quarterback Tom Brady threw for 381 yards and two touchdowns. Wide receiver Mike Evans had eight catches for 122 yards and a touchdown. Running back Leonard Fournette had 62 yards rushing and a touchdown.
